Cacti 1.2.0 - Report Source issue

After upgrading from Cacti 1.1.38 to 1.2.0 I am finding that when adding
graphs to reports that not all graphs will appear and some that were
working before, no longer work.

This mainly appears to be if a graph as no association to any particular
device (ie: none) and template "none". They will not appear in the
"Graph name" drop down box. I will see aggregate graphs I've created in
the drop down list, but not others.

I'm also noticing that when adding an aggregate graph to a report, it
throws an RRDTool error, where as this worked in 1.1.38.
