livejournal prompting

I seem to have a problem after posting on lj, that if I wasnt to post
another message at a later date lj will not prompt me for subject,
music, settings, etc. It just fires it off with none of those things
checked as if I did nothing (so the subject is the date and what not).
 I never noticed this before, likely because I might have logged in
and out between posts (is this the one thing bad about a good uptime?)

I have setup lj on another shell account quick to see if there was
some corruption and it has the same problem.

Since logging in and out works I have a little fix that runs:
"centericq -S _ -p lj; sleep 2; centericq -S o -p lj" to set things
right. Though I have noticed if I am 'in' my lj user having a
conversation and I do this command it wont actually reset the post's
prompt.

While this isnt a clean method, I have been trying to wrap an event to
do this more automatically such as (In lj_reboot.pl I do some sanity
checks dealing with author):

%action lj_reboot
event msg notification
proto lj
options stdin nowait
%exec
~/.centericq/bin/lj_reboot.pl

Does anyone have any aid with this problem, possibly I didn't test something?
