feature request: resynchronize contacts

hi everybody,
i see that my new contacts are now server-side,
maybe because of the implementation of method
   void icqhook::sendnewuser(const imcontact &ic)

can anyone implement a function that will be called (for example) from
menu, and can call this method on all icq contacts in contacts list ?

i would be very pleased and thankfull
