The ICQ protocoll supports serverside contact lists. This was
introduced in centericq 4.8.2. If I interpret tha changelog correctly
some support was removed in 4.9.10:

changelist quote:
"Contact list synchronization feature was removed, because due to some
specific things of IM severs sometimes it didn't go smoothly and provoked too
much weird questions from users."

btw, please dont reply below "-- ". It is only the signature that is
supposed to go below the "-- ". Email clients wich recognizes the
signature may remove anything that is the below the "-- " separator,
since all relevant text in the mail is supposed to be above...
