I tested it and yes there is no upload of contact : other said : no
server-side contact saving.

but in sources there is something like that in this method:
    void icqhook::sendnewuser(const imcontact &ic)

but don't know if it's used

and if it's used => then it could be used over the all contacts

or not ? what do you think ?
