You can also look at Centericq > Config options -> Enable emacs bindings in text editor in the main menu. > Thanks for the response. The problem is, I need to rebind. In my system--both windows and linux--, I have remapped <c-y> to xterm-paste. So I would like to know how to rebind these keys. I have already enabled the 'emacs keybinding', but that doesn't seem to work. It seems the 'delete backward-word' and 'delete backward-line' are missing from the set itself. I have checked the 'keybindings' file, and I have been able to modify a lot of bindings, but again I couldn't find the 'backward-delete-word' there. I could only find a function inside the main ui class, but I couldn't figure out how it actually works. Thanks for your time. -- :: Ligesh :: http://ligesh.com _______________________________________________ Cicq mailing list Cicq-xGejAJT2w6wWP6gT/[email protected] http://mailman.linuxpl.org/mailman/listinfo/cicq Questions?
