CVS access or Project Progress

Hi all,

Considering that:
- There are a lot of patches waiting to be applied at the latest official 
release (4.21.0),
- Bugs in the software should be solved,
- Patches are fragmented over different locations,
- I don't know anyone except Konst who has write access to the CVS,

I'd like to ask three questions:
- Who else has write access to the CVS? (I've asked this question before, so 
I guess nobody has..)
- If that is true, shall I ask Konst if someone could get write access?
- If that is not possible, should we startup a SourceForge project with a 
few primary maintainers and get the project rolling again?
