I'll post my ideas for now, so we can have some
discussion about it

First of all there are bugfixes, which include
protocol libraries updates and utf-8 support. These
are the top priorities.
Then, we'll need to rewrite and refactor a lot of
code, many components are dated back to 2003 and do
really need some love and care.
After this we may think about:
 - Localization: there is already some support
(translations), but for sure there is plenty of work
to be done there
 - Multiple accounts per protocol
 - Protocol abstraction, so we can add any protocol by
just writing a wrapper around it using a common
interface.
 - UI separation, so that we could plug any other
frontend to the centericq backend.

I think that this is all for now...
I'm open to suggestions and comments about this!
