Three options:
 - Pick centericq sources, the needed patches for MSN, patch the source and recompile everything
 - Go and get the sources from the git repository
 - Wait until tonight when I'll post an url where you can grab the latest source complete with patches, and the recompile centericq and everything.

Since, as far as I can understand, the first two options are harsher for you to accomplish, I suggest that you wait until tonight or tomorrow and get the new sources. I guess you are able to recompile and install centericq, if not so first read the INSTALL file and then ask here if you are stil unable to do it.
