It has no graphical niceties, yet it is editable by anyone. I tried to see what is needed for Trac, MediaWiki and Bugzilla: Trac : Python support, which I can run as cgi (but only as that), requires ssh access to install... Bugzilla: Perl (cgi should be fine), which I have, but you still need to run a script as root (!!) MediaWiki: Requires PHP 5, which I don't have...
