How about a subdomain like wiki.centericq.de/nl/org ? I'd throw in a 
virtual host for the centericq cause, if you can point it to one of my 
IPs, Tiger!P?  We would be free to install whatever package there is on 
a Debian/Etch, as long as it depends on PHP5.
