This way you'll get a notification when the monitoring service doesn't monitor anymore. My opinion is that we move too fast without a real base. I've been quiet till now, I was the second person with CVS write access. We have things that work. Changing them with things that might be nicer but have downtime from time to time might not be a good solution at the moment. I'm not saying that we shouldn't do this and that, just that we shouldn't hurry up. From the number of improvements proposed in the roadmap, I would like to stop on the one that would make cicq use libgaim as protocol library. I think it's the most important one, and if we would like to add UTF8 and multi-account per protocol they should go in the same time cause everything is linked. It's not an easy task and communication is the key. If someone can organize subtasks I'm sure there are more developers that can help.
