Probably. But there might be just to much changes at once. And the
changes are not so thightly linked that they can't be done separatly.

The problem most people have with UTF8 is that the kkconsui library
just assumes that 1 charachter =3D 1 byte which doesn't hold for utf8.
Some languages use wider glyphs too. That isn't really linked to
libgaim and protocol backends in any way.

multi-account can well go in later too. libgaim does provide that in
the backend, but the necessary ui changes can be made later.

Unfortunatly I'm not as good in managing communication as I'd like to.
But I hope I can manage to organise subtasks.
