Centericq and windows

Hi all! I'm sure this has probably been discussed before, so forgive me if this is a duplicate. When i try to use centericq on windows it is ok i can send a message but when somebody else try to send me message cicq is going crash (i mean cicq close by self) i don't know what i have to do!Please help me!
