I don't understand anything written in unknown characters, but the parts
readable look like you have a serious problem with centericq.

I would suggest trying http://www.centerim.org/ - it's a maintained fork
of centericq where lots of bugs are fixed already.

P.S. Since this is an international list, i would suggest using english if
you expect someone to be able to read your writing :)
