   Yes, but CenterIM doesn't. Now :)
I've pushed fix (or, more like workaround) to CenterIM git that should 
solve this (it does for me), 8a8d5ef04d9a62a9086234ffb5257520a841c9ae.

There was problem when on reconnect (in this case it's "checking state 
of non-blocking connection"), it tried to re-bind the socket every time 
and of course failed.
