Cricket has not had an upgrade for about 3 years now and before I move the application to a new server I might want to look for alternatives. A co-worker suggested that I take a look at CACTI. For what I can read online, CACTI looks good, php based and seems to be easy to configure, but my main concern is support and continuity. Thanks for any information. Jorge A.
