Ignoring specific unreachable targets?

Hello
We have a test-router that may be out of service sometimes but would be
nice to be monitored the rest of the time. Normally if cricket cannot
ping a router it starts spamming us with e-mails, is it possible to tell
cricket to silently ignore some host (and only those) if they are
unreachable?
