Thank you for all feedbacks. It was my mistake pasting wrong line for the
grapher.cCi in my previous note. I've tried many times in grapher.cgi
for sure.

Here is another test for web server's configuraiton by creating
"first.pl", but still no luck. Getting conntents display instead of
"Hello, World.".

#!/usr/bin/perl
print "Content-type: text/html\n\n";
print "Hello, World.";

Have tried various settings in httpd.conf. None of them working.. Does
anyone has a working sample of httpd.conf which running Apache 2.0 and can
be referred?

/usr/sbin/suexec)

Here is what I have in httpd.conf:

UserDir public_htm

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/home/cricket/public_html/cricket"

<Directory /home/cricket/public_html/cricket>
    Options SymLinksIfOwnerMatch +ExecCGI
    AddHandler cgi-script .cgi .pl
</Directory>

More likely that you haven't told apache to execute CGI scripts as
opposed to displaying them. I don't have a 2.0 installation of apache
handy but under 1.x things you'd look for are --

                 Loading the cgi_module
                 AddHandler cgi-script .cgi

Apache 2.x settings may vary, consult the apache documentation to be
sure.

Did you munge the log entry above or is it really called grapher.cCi?
