RRD file version 3 problem

I am facing this problem.
My graph page shows following error:

Current values not available: RRD file version 0003 not supported on this
arch.
--------------------------
I am using rrdtool 1.2-15 on FC5.
I tried to edit format.pm file, which results in follwing error:
