Check the cricket logs - the cron job that runs Cricket should be
saving its output somewhere (like /tmp/cricket.out) and/or there should
be a log file with the results of the last Cricket run (assuming you're
using the subtree-sets feature which has the added benefit of saving
logs).

Also, you may need to create the data directories in the cricket-data/
tree, and make sure they are writable by the cricket user.  That's a
typical "new system" problem.
