Use genRtrConfig or genDevConfig to generate the config file.  You will
be very glad you did.  Note that it comes with its own Defaults file,
so you don't have to mess with the regular Cricket defaults.

snmpv2c is required in order to fetch 64-bit counters, but you shouldn't
need anything more than the usual "snmp server community <mumble> ..." 
statement - it should be running by default if snmpv1 is working.
