did chmod 777 but still the same problem.

[root@~]# ls -lad /tmp/cricket-cache/
drwxrwxrwx 2 cricket cricket 4096 Jul 25 15:47 /tmp/cricket-cache/

in log files, I see that there is two systemperf/ in url, is it the 
problem, or it should be this way.
