What's pinglogger and how's it related to cricket? Googling for 'cricket
pinglogger' only shows 1 hit.

Check your cricket collector logs for the target type or run the
collector by hand including --loglevel debug. Make sure it's collecting
the data you think that it is.

I'm not exactly sure what red and green marks you might be clicking on
but check your http error logs for the errors generated when the grapher
is failing.
