monitor-threshold question

I have the following configuration and cant get the action part of it to fire. 
target  processor
        display-name            =       "Processor"
        inst                    =       map(memory-pool-name)
        memory-pool-name        =       "Processor"
        short-desc              =       "Processor"
        monitor-tresholds       =       "ciscoMemoryPoolUsed : value : n : 140000000 : MAIL : %mail-pgm% : %mail-dst2%"
        target-type             =       Cisco-Memory



even though running the collector in debug mode indates a higher value is returned than the upper threshold


[30-Oct-2007 14:08:11 ] Got: 143550024 47797176 Processor


The first value is the Used and the second is the free memory - can someone point out what I'm missing?
