Cricket lets you override anything in the Defaults file in the
target specification.  You can put a second file in the directory,
let's say "Defaults.local", create a new definition of the target-type
that included the different DSs for the 10 Gigabit router interface
(presumably just for the counters that can't be fetched the normal way),
and then in your target files, where you define the target, specify
a different target-type.

Also, if you haven't already done so, check out genRtrConfig/genDevConfig
which in most cases can fully automate the Cricket config for a router.
