W3WP Request not counting

Thank you in advance for any help with this problem. I have 4 IIS
servers with windows 2003, 2 of the 4 are counting W3WP counters fine
but 2 are not. I have looked over IIS and there literally seems to be no
difference. Can someone tell me what information can help determine what
the correct course of action is. These are production servers so I want
to fix this pretty quietly.
