Use of uninitialized value $dslist

Hi,
I am getting graph but without any data.. Its only straight line.

In Apache logs I am getting following error.

1> Can you please guide me how to set dslist and view, so that I can see the
graph with proper data.
2> Can I link it to some database so that I can get data from db
