How to enable IP_PKTINFO and IP_RECVPKTINFO in ISC DHCP code

Hi all,

I want to enable the above flags in ISC DHCP code.
./configure --enable-ipv4-pktinfo enabled only the USE_V4_PKTINFO.
But need all 3 flags (IP_PKTINFO and IP_RECVPKTINFO and USE_V4_PKTINFO) to
enable
support for setsockopt with IP_PKTINFO in ISC DHCP.

Can someone please help here ?
