ISC DHCP Failover via omshell

Hello,

What codes do you use for DHCP Failover via omshell?

I am able to do the following to shutdown the DHCP Server, but cannot 
seem to find any other codes that will work.  Am I just overlooking some 
place in the man pages?

server XXXXXX
key omapi_key XXXXXXXXX
connect
new control
open
set state=2
update
