100% agree with going with Kea.  You might not need this but it knows how to speak DHCPv6 load balancing.

Hi,

ISC DHCP is not being developed further, as per their advice for new installs look at it's replacement Kea DHCP,  there is guidance on the ISC site as well as a video series on their youtube channel, Men&Mice also do training on it.
