LDAP v3 bind

Hi,

DA seems to have still some problems using LDAPv3. The changelog for 1.5.1
told us that all connection default to version 3 and fall back gracefully.
(So I removed the note from README.Debian which told to enable LDAPv2
before using DA)

Anyway me and other Debian users are having trouble connecting to the ldap
server if we don't allow using LDAPv2 protocol; "Protocol Error" is the
message DA shows.

Am I doing something wrong compiling it, or is there a bug in the feature?
