Since you requested to do so I've actually posted to the patch manager the
patch to allow V3 bind on non-tls connections (I've tested it, and now it
works) and the one to translate a couple of common debugging messages.

I've posted the actual dpatch files (dpatch is a debian tool to manage
patches). You can use them executing them in the source tree and giving
them the options -patch or -unpatch (they are simply shell scripts which
call the patch command). In the file there is also the diff itself, for
you to inspect and/or modify.

Since both patches are enabled in the debian package, when a new version of
directory-administrator will eventually include them, can you, please,
actually state it in the changelog, so I can detect it quickly and remove
them from the Debian build system?

Thanks,

Guido
