Did DA ask for them, or rpm?  I assume DA as you already have the files on
your disk.  If for DA, does it ask for the exact files you already have,
or are the any different?

I am not sure for RH why it's not working, all my packages are compiled
from source and so link against what they find, hopefully someone else
here has more experience with RH.
