Mail routing poliy not working , Pleaze help !!!!

hi list,
I have installed Directory administrator 1.4 on
redhat linux and it works. But I have a problem , the
email routing policies I give is not taking in to
account. For example, when I created an account with
public e-mail id as [email protected] and enabled the
email routing policy with "deliver the user's e-mail
to this address" as [email protected] , the mails are
STILL DELIVERED TO THE [email protected]. Why is this
? How can I force it to delive any email towards
[email protected] to be delivered to [email protected]
??? Am I doing something wrong hear ? Please help as I
am left with no more options to try . I had already
posted a mail to the list asking for any help
regarding alias support but unfortunately didnt
recieve any reply. Somebody please give me any
suggestion/idea they have .
