I am sorry, I forgot to tell you that I am using exim
4.14 and not sendmail . But I have added the the
required line to the configuration file of exim as
follows,
data = ${lookup ldapm
{ldap://pirana/ou=Users,dc=cohort,dc=org?uid?sub?
(&(objectClass=inetLocalMailRecipient)
(mailRoutingAddress=${quote_ldap:$local_part@$domain}))
} {$value} fail }

Also, I have added the mailrouting.oc.conf file to the
/etc/openldap directory and added the required line
for that in the slapd.conf file. Is there anything
else to do from my part ? Please help me out
