The whole idea behind having an LDAP server is to centralize
authentication, and so share username and password between different
systems. Of course it would be possibile to create a custom setup, in which
a user has perhaps a second uid, for example:

uid:
pickUid:

and use the last one (defined in a custom schema) for the pick server. 
(I'm assuming that you still want to create one single entry for every user). 
Anyway I think this is a very custom need, and directory administrator would 
not be able to handle it. You can still modify it for your peculiar need, 
or use a "standard" LDAP management interface, agnostic to the kind of data 
stored in the directory.

The other possibility would be to create two entries for each user (perhaps
in two different organizational units), but I would not recommend it, since
you are giving away some of the advantages of having a single user
database.
