cannot modify object class

Hi,
I used the PADL-Perl-Scripts to convert the /etc/passwd and /etc/group into
LDAP. I can browse the information with Directory Administrator.
When I try to change e.g. the common name or the password with DA, I get the
error message: "Cannot modify object class".
The /var/log/messages says "entry failed schema check: structural object
class modification from 'account' to 'inetOrgPerson' not allowed". How can I
solv my problem ?
