I can't creat a group correctly.

Firstly,I thanks for Eric Sandall & Manuel Amador. Thanks for your help!
 I want to creat a new group in "ou=People,o=hfut.edu.cn,c=cn".
 All things seems ok,and I received DA's congratulation "creat
successful",but when finished,DA tell me the following information:
"The group could not be created because your directory hasn't support
for certain features,Go to settings->Preferences and set the appropriate
compatibility options"
I don't know how to set the appropriate compatibility options...
