Changeover of maintainership

Well,

Hello, everyone.  After 5 straight days of partying and drinking, I'm
finally back (and hopefully alive - I hope I'm not dreaming about this
one).

I'm ready for the change over.  There have been a couple of patch
submissions via e-mail directly to me and to the mailing list.

Eric, I have a reasonably sized mbox file of all the un-read e-mails
which contain patches, fixes and everything else.  This mbox file has
the whole history of mail related to the project.  You might be
interested in it.  Raise your hand =).
