New feature request or how to

I have directory administrator working now, had to set schemacheck off, 
but it works and I know how to fix it so that I can remove that entry from 
slapd.conf.

So the first thing I notice is there seems to be no way to force a user to 
change his or her password NOW.  i.e. shadowLastChange = 0.

Is there a way to do this or when might we see this feature?
