What "directory_administrator" icon? The RPM to install as Manuel suggested? The
icon to run DA after it's already installed? If the former, then try to install
the rpm from the console with `rpm -ivh <filename>`, if the latter, try to run
`directory_administrator` from a console and see if it prints out any messages.
