Compiling directoryAdmin on Mandrake 9.2

Hi all,

I am new on this ML, 
I get the tar.gz file of the diradmin project.
I want to compile it onto a Mandrake 9.2 system but I've not the
openldap-devel RPM package, I only have the tar.gz sources of OpenLdap
2.1.22.
Is there a way to run .configure with something like
"--with-openldap=/path/to/src/openldap" ?
