What schemas do I need?

This is what I am running:
  Directory Administrator v1.5.1
  OpenLDAP v2.2.6-34
  Suse 9.1

I am trying to add a new user but I get the following error message:
"The user could not be created because your directory does not support 
certain features.  Go to Settings->Preferences... and try changing the 
compatibility options."

The console shows the following:
....
LDAP_MOD_ADD mobile
         000-000-0000
Undefined attribute type

There seems to be a attribute type that I don't defined in the schemas 
-- so I was wondering if someone could tell me what schemas I need to 
have installed for OpenLDAP.
