invalid chain posixGroup/groupOfNames

hi

i have build openldap the first time and it works fine.
i have build some prosixAccounts and can login with pam

to manage the userAccounts and uid i choose directrory administrator

ok ... to the problem ....
when i create a group diradmin replay the message: object class violation
in my log of ldap i get:
invalid structural object class chain (posixGroup/groupOfNames)

whats wrong??? why can i not create the objectclass posixGroup and at the same time groupOfNames??? and why diradmin try it????

is something missing????

     please help
