Hi,
  I have CVS rights now, and I wanted to make a new release already. I fixed at least one big bug.

  I had some problems with the sourceforge CVS server that were too wierd to mention, but I think I 
got it in order now. I am wondering how to make the release tarball now.

  Does it require something special on my machine in order to create the tarball?
