New Maintainership

Hi all,

I'd like to thank Mike Jackson for picking up Directory Administrator as I (as
you've all no doubt noticed) haven't had much time to devote to it. Therefore I
am passing on the official maintainership of Directory Administrator to Mike
Jackson[0].
