well, we need to listen to the users every now and then - some think
it's *pain* and *suffering* to hear the users comment on the code they
spend hours coding and debugging, others thinks on how to avoid spending
more hours writing stuff no one uses :)

btw, Neil Schneider, what do you think of my idea-based-on-yours on the
template-idea which I tried to explain in my reply to Rudd-O's reply in
the thread "Re: [DA][Fwd] LDAPS support (and some more stuff)"?

Just my 2 coin-denominators, I've used mambo for a School project (the
server is down for the summer vaccasion), and I kinda liked it - nice
and rather easy wysiwyg gui (even if I normally *hate* WYSIWYGs), also
it's possible to edit the tags manually with a button press for us who
want to escape WYSIWYG-mode). Beeing the admin on the server I found
mambo to be, well, relativly, easy to customize. Also managing the users
of it was fairly simple.
Out of curiosity why are you thinking about scratching it?
