test and notification for spam blocking setup

Hi,
  There has been some spam sneaking in on the lists, so I have setup the 
mail server to check for spam using sorbs.net and spamhaus.org.

  If you send a mail and it is rejected by the list manager, please 
email me directly, with full headers of the rejection.

  Hopefully this will cut down on the spam...
