This is part of registering rules in almost all tld's , the bad
news is that altough trademark information is available for free in
internet you have to spent 1500$ to recover that domain (where a
simple 5 minute search will demostrate who owns that trademark).
In our case, we have seen some companies registering domain names
in several tld's identical to a registered trademark we represent
in our country with the only purpose to make users belive that
they are official sites and offer our software for download by
paying through mobile messages (where this download is free on
all official pages).
